If the wrong product is delivered in terms of wrong size, wrong color, or damaged item; return to sender via registered service is to be done to the fulfillment office and the expense incurred during such process will be issued as store credit to the customer or discount voucher that will be valid for his immediate next purchase within six months from the date of issuance.

If IO2Zone fails to reach the customer within 48 hours (excluding weekends), the refund of full amount will be made to the card/bank used during the order taking process.
