Why have I not received my order yet?
Due to unforeseen circumstances, it is possible that your order might get delayed. We will send you an E-mail/ SMS informing you about the delay along with the new expected delivery date. You can also call us on our helpline number to check the current status.
How do I place a return/replacement request on your site?
IF you wish to return or get your merchandise replaced, then simply call our customer care number and place a request of return or replacement by sharing your order details and reason for the return/replacement.
How do I place a cancellation request on your site?
We undertake cancellation requests if placed within 12 hours of purchase or before the dispatch of the product. You can simply contact our customer care team and share your details with the reason of cancellation and we will be happy to assist you. How long will it take me to receive the refund for my return?

. Our dispatch team ensures that packing is done to deliver your product in fresh form, but if damaged or tampered during the process of delivery; we issue you a replacement or a complete refund as opted or mutually agreed upon at that time.
Do I have to pay any shipping and delivery charges?
The shipping and handling charges differ from product to product and quantity. The same can be checked at the time of purchase and it is our duty to inform you of the complete breakup of the price paid by you.
If I am not satisfied with quality of the product, can I return it?

If we have delivered something that’s not matching your expectations then we will be happy to replace it for free of cost or else upon return if it passes our checks; we will issue the refund that may take up to 5-7 working days to reflect in your card/bank account used at the time of purchase.
Why was my order cancelled by you?
